Shipping policy

Where we ship

The Clinical Shelf ships exclusively within the United States. We do not ship internationally, to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes.

Rates

Standard shipping: flat rate at checkout.
Complimentary shipping on orders of $75 or more (subtotal before tax).

Processing and transit

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard transit is 3 to 7 business days once shipped, depending on destination.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Address changes

If you need to correct a shipping address, email us at hello@theclinicalshelf.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been picked and packed we may not be able to change it.

Delays and lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than five business days, or if a package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please email hello@theclinicalshelf.com. We'll help sort it out.
