Where do you ship?
United States only. No international, no US territories, no PO boxes, no APO/FPO.
How much is shipping?
A flat rate at checkout. Complimentary on orders of $75 or more.
How fast does it ship?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Transit is 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Returns
What's your return policy?
Full policy lives on our Return and Refund Policy page. Short version: unopened, unused product in original packaging is eligible for return.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Email hello@theclinicalshelf.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right.

Are these products authentic?
Yes. Every product ships directly from GlyMed's own fulfillment warehouse. No resellers, no grey market, no counterfeit risk.
Are these products the same ones aestheticians sell?
Yes. Same clinical-grade line. Same formulas.
Where can I see the full ingredient list for a product?
Every product page lists the full ingredient deck. If you're pregnant, nursing, or managing a specific skin condition and want a professional read on a formula, we recommend checking with your dermatologist or aesthetician.
How do I know which products to start with?
The Find your regimen quiz (coming soon) will walk you to a starting bundle. Until then, browse the core bundles by skin story, or email us and we'll point you.
The affiliate program
How does the standard affiliate program work?
You share The Clinical Shelf with your audience. When someone buys through your link, you earn 15% commission with a 30-day cookie. See the Affiliate page for the full terms.
What's a creator bundle?
The Shop Your Shelf program lets creators turn their real skincare regimen into a bundle on our site, sold under their name. Details on the Affiliate page.
How do commissions get paid?
Through Refersion, our affiliate platform. Standard monthly payouts.

Because a curated shelf beats a wide catalog. We know this line. Over time we'll add other clinical brands (hair, body) that meet the same bar.
Will you carry every GlyMed product?
No. We keep the shelf to a curated 50-SKU selection so what you see is what we actually recommend.
